1. Sending exploration teams
During the event, exploration runs last 8 hours. When a team returns, it can bring back Tidal Treasures based on drop rates, while some rewards are guaranteed.
The core of this event is to gather as many Premium Tidal Treasures as possible and use them as merge materials for higher-tier treasures.
Wavebound Voyage is a 5-day limited-time event. Older versions of this event focused on Lord Equipment rewards, but the current Wavebound Voyage is now centered on Lord Gem rewards.
This page covers team management, Nautical Compass usage, treasure drop rates, merge structure, the 196-run finishing route, and the 600-run max reward route.
It is organized in order so even first-time players can follow it easily.
Wavebound Voyage is an event where you send exploration teams, collect Tidal Treasures, and merge lower-tier treasures into higher-tier ones when needed.
Accumulate Premium Tidal Treasures, then merge them into Exquisite Tidal Treasures or Majestic Tidal Treasures to secure higher-value materials.
Charm Guides, Charm Designs, and Legendary Universal Hero Shards are the most important rewards to watch in this event.
1. Sending exploration teams
During the event, exploration runs last 8 hours. When a team returns, it can bring back Tidal Treasures based on drop rates, while some rewards are guaranteed.
2. Opening and merging treasures
Tidal Treasures can be opened directly, or merged into higher-quality treasures if you want to aim for bigger rewards.
3. Extra exploration teams
Each Lord starts with 1 exploration team by default. During the event, you can unlock more teams with Diamonds. The 2nd team costs 2,000 Diamonds, and the 3rd team costs 10,000 Diamonds.
4. Nautical Compass
You can speed up an active exploration with Nautical Compasses. Each Nautical Compass reduces exploration time by 1 hour. You get 1 free per day, and extra ones come from packs that include the item.
5. Total exploration milestones
The current total exploration milestone rewards go all the way up to 600 runs.
6. After the event ends
When the reward claim period ends, any unopened treasures are automatically opened and the rewards are sent to your bag.
7. Compass carryover
Unused Nautical Compasses stay in your bag until the next Wavebound Voyage event begins.
The more runs you send, the more total milestone rewards you can collect. These rewards include experience upgrade parts, Legendary Universal Hero Shards, and gem-related materials.
Below are the treasure drop rates from exploration, along with the merge rates for higher-tier treasure results.
The order below matches the in-game order: Common → Premium → Exquisite → Majestic.
| Treasure Tier | Main Rewards | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Common Tidal Treasure | Charm Design x5 / 5 min Universal Speedup x18 / 100 Diamonds x2 | Base material tier |
| Premium Tidal Treasure | Charm Guide x5 / Charm Design x10 / 1 hr Universal Speedup x6 | Main merge starting tier |
| Exquisite Tidal Treasure | Charm Guide x15 / Charm Design x15 / Legendary Universal Hero Shard x2 | 75% merge result |
| Majestic Tidal Treasure | Charm Guide x50 / Charm Design x50 / Legendary Universal Hero Shard x6 | 25% high-value merge result |
Since the event lasts 5 full days, the most efficient route is to start from day one and keep your exploration running consistently.
From the first day of the event, keep exploring steadily without using compasses and build up your total run count.
Near the end, adjust your total to 196 runs, then send 4 final exploration teams to finish cleanly.
Simply keep pushing toward the 600-run maximum reward milestone.
From day one, do not spend Nautical Compasses right away. Keep your exploration teams running as consistently as possible.
For low spenders, the important part is the final run adjustment on the last day.
After the event countdown ends, the main thing left is treasure cleanup and reward claiming.

1. Fewer teams means slower milestone progress
If you only rely on the default starting team, your milestone progress will be slow. If possible, opening up to 4 exploration teams makes the event much smoother.
2. Low spenders should start steady from day one
Keep your exploration running from the first day, then only patch missing runs on the last day. This is usually more efficient than burning compasses too early.
3. Save Nautical Compasses for the final adjustment
Do not use Nautical Compasses randomly. They are much more valuable when used to reach the 196-run target or cover your final gap before the event ends.
4. Do not rush to open Premium Tidal Treasures
Opening Premium Tidal Treasures right away is usually less efficient than saving them for merges into Exquisite Tidal Treasures or Majestic Tidal Treasures.
5. Time first, then plan, is the clearest way to read it
For public-facing guides, time and total runs are easier to understand than estimated spending. Choose your target range first, then decide between the Non-Merge Plan and the Merge Plan.
It is easier to prepare for the event if you also check the latest gift codes and top-up guide first.
